photography
Sometimes I do photography. I have two photobooks published through Blurb. Blueprints was my first and I completed that in the spring just before the covid-19 pandemic hit. It focused on ideas of home, where I was both finding it and projecting it. My second photobook nothing extraordinary was produced while living in a camper in the backyard of my childhood home during the pandemic. It also speaks about home, but in a much more mundane and less extraordinary sense. I focus on themes of home and transience most frequently in my personal photo work.
On occasion I shoot with 35mm film as well. That's more as a hobby, but I plan to create another photobook incorporating film in the future.
Here are some images both from my books and from film reels.
